Cost of entry: $70. No commission will be taken on this exhibition

Steps to participate in the exhibition:

1.    Pay to enter by Direct Deposit (preferred) or pay online

2.    Complete the Exhibition Entry form by Monday 31 August 2026.

The gallery is very strict with their timeframes. No late entries will be accepted. 

To complete this form you will need:

• Details of your ABN or a completed Supplier Statement (below)

• Titles, dimensions and price of your work

• High-quality photos of your work to upload in this form

Gallery Times:  9:00am – 4pm daily

Exhibition Opening: Sunday 20th September 1-3pm

Bump In / Out Dates

Bump in/delivery of work: Friday 18 September 11:00-12:00 pm (put in your calendar)

Bump out/collect unsold work: Monday 5 October 11:00-12:00pm (put in your calendar) 

Online Sales

Parking:

On-site: A number of parking sites are available around the lake 

Cost: $2 for up to 2 hours or $8 for a full day

Volunteers can apply for a parking exemption - the link will be provided to those on the roster.

Rostering:

We are seeking volunteers to sit the exhibition daily for the duration. If you wish to volunteer, please email Sarah at exhibitions@valleypotters.org.au
